The International Peace Museum is Coming

To The Market Path

We have partnered with The Akron Peace Project to bring the Peace Mobile to Akron for Akron Peace Week. The PeaceMobile is the Museum's mobile exhibition center. Several exhibitions have been mounted inside this traveling unit, including a children's exhibit.

The International Peace Museum traveling “Peace Mobile” exhibit from Dayton is free and open to the public and will be in front of The Market Path on

September 27, from 11:00am-5:00pm

as part of Akron’s Peace Week!!!

We will also host an Open Community DRUM CIRCLE

From 4pm - 6pm

We will be donating 10% of our sales on this day to

The Rape Crisis Center

in honor of this day!

Don’t miss the Akron Health & Fitness Expo at the John S. Knight Center on Friday,September 24, 11:00am to 9:00pm. We’ll be there with our friends from Runners Feeding Others (another great program of First Grace UCC)! This event free and open to the public with over 80 vendors.

We'll also be having a STUFF THE BUS event out front of the John S Knight Center!!! We are looking to FILL one of our First Grace UCC buses with food for our community!

UCC Fall Lantern Retreat

The Market Path will be at the UCC Fall Lantern Women's Retreat on September 17-19 at Pilgrim Hills Campground in Brinkhaven, OH.

Health & Fitness Expo

The Market Path will be set up and offering our fair trade goodness at the Akron Marathon Health and Fitness Expo on September 27th from 11am - 9pm at the John S Knight Center. This event is free and open to the public so be sure to stop by and visit us!

Traffic Jam

We’ll be part of the Traffic Jam event…so head on over to Akron’s downtown METRO Transit Center at 631 S. Broadway Ave. on Sunday, Sept. 26 from 12-4 p.m. and listen to live music, check out local vendors (including The Market Path), get a chance to win cool items and enjoy free activities and giveaways!
